Watermelon Mint Slushie

Frozen Watermelon

Coconut Water or Water

Juice of 1/2 Lime

Coconut Sugar

First, cut your watermelon - remove all outer skin, then cut watermelon into 1" cubes. Lay on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for at least a couple of hours.

Once the watermelon is frozen, add to your blender with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You can adjust the amount of water depending on what texture you'd like the slushie to be or if your blender has a hard time breaking down the frozen watermelon. Enjoy!
